Historical Villa: A log cabin built in 1885, where historical furniture combines with modern comforts. Villa Laitniemi’s history dates back to the 1700s. Visit our website to learn more about our story.
Spacious Areas: The main building is 263 m² with 5 large bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with showers and toilets.
Accommodation Capacity: 10 + 4 bed spaces in the main building, 4 additional spaces in the sauna building, and during the summer, 2 sleeping spots in the barn, with a total of up to 20 bed spaces.
Sauna Building: 36 m² sauna with a 60 m² terrace, a Drop outdoor hot tub, and a spacious sauna for 10–12 people. The sauna building also includes a cozy sleeping loft and a toilet.
Private Dock: 170 m² dock area, perfect for sunbathing and swimming.
Modern Kitchen: High-quality appliances, a dining table for 10–12 people, a fireplace in the living room, and modern amenities for meetings or dinners.
Wi-Fi and Fiber-Optic Connection: Wireless network and fast connections to support remote work.
Spacious Outdoor Areas: Over 100 m² of terrace with lake views, a summer kitchen, gas grill, and beverage cabinets.
The cabin is available from 5:00 PM on the arrival day to 11:00 AM on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed.
